so yeah, big fucking surprise, new york didnt work out. im not going to grad school. im stuck here in this hell hole called denton.
heres my question: if someone says to you that you can stay with them as long as you need to find a place, why do they back out when you are about to get there? i dont get it?
so my last and final option, since i couldnt find a fucking apartment, was student housing, which would mean that in 4 semesters, id be in 100,000 dollars debt. no thanks.
so im currently in denton. no friends. no life. no aspirations. no hopes. no plans. no nothing. HURRAH!
cant think of much else that hurts worse than losing your dream.

Crazy cat ladies equate to new opportunities!
Hello to everyone!!!!
Sorry for the sudden deletion of my previous blog. To those of you who know the pathetic details of what happened, I am sure you understand why I so abruptly discontinued my blog. However, after much thought, and several months of looking back on my experiences in August, I have decided to make another blog, and give a brief (yeah right!) explanation of what happened; and then to continue where my last blog left off.
Yes, to those of you who do not know, I am still in Texas. Boo, right?! Oh, the nightmare that the August trip was. I don't really feel like rehashing it all right now, but will do so in my next entry. I just wanted to make contact with the internet, let you know where I am, and let you know that things are NOT a stuck-in-a-rut type situation. I bought a one way ticket to La Guardia yesterday, I leave January 10th! I have a very gracious friend who I will be staying with while I look for an apartment and begin the transition from TX life to NY life. So, while things did not quite turn out the way I wanted them to, they seem to be shaping up much better and more naturally now.
I hope this entry finds everyone well, and I will be posting soon, and hopefully frequently, so please check for updates!
